THESE ARE ADDICTIVE****
1 box of saltine crackers OR I prefer 1 box of the minis..
1 CUP of vegetable oil..
2 TBSP of crushed red pepper flakes..
1-2 TSP of garlic salt (I used garlic salt course ground with parsley)..
1 package of dry Ranch Dressing Mix..
Put all ingredients together in a bowl, (except crackers).. MIX WELL..
Put crackers in a bag, pour the mixture over the crackers and seal bag tightly!!
Turn the bag every which way but loose, to mix it all together.. for a while.. lol
~~I probably used more of the pepper and garlic than it calls for..

Edit: I was following someone else’s recipe for a protein ice cream. You do not taste the applesauce at all! She uses applesauce with many different flavors, I think it helps get a good consistency.
3 point milk shake!
I froze the premier protein shake with one serving cup of unsweetened applesauce, then let it thaw some and mixed in some 2% milk to get it the consistency I wanted with my blender!
Protein drink - 2 points
Unsweetened applesauce - 0 points
1/4 cup 2% milk - 1 point

1 packet hidden valley ranch dips creamy dill seasoning (0.9 ounces/ 25 gms ) mixed into 16 oz of non fat Greek yogurt!
The entire dip is 2 weight watchers points!!
Notes: Try the fiesta ranch dip mix and add some chunky salsa in there so good too!
If you need a crunchy non veggie snack-these veggie sticks are 3 weight watchers points for 38 sticks!!!
I like with broccoli. Broccoli helps metabolism and pickles are yum with it too.

This is a really good yorgurt bowl idea!! Swap it out for Greek yogurt to make it a little more healthy!!! 🤗😊

Just made this … Cilantro-Lime-Avacodo Salsa! Which I've made before but this time I incorporated my daughters version with mine.. oml, it tastes better than the taquerias
Start by boiling 6 tomatillos and 1 jalapeño (optional for added spice) for about 10 minutes. In a blender, combine 2 avocados, a handful of cilantro, 1/2 cup of crema mexicana, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon, 1 tablespoon salt, the juice of 2 limes, and 1/4 of a white onion. Once the tomatillos and jalapeño are boiled, add them to the blender along with about a cup of the boiling water. Blend everything until it’s smooth and creamy, then adjust the salt to taste. Enjoy this rich, zesty salsa as a topping for tacos, enchiladas, or as a delicious dip with tortilla chips!
