Making friends with little Phoebe and her humans. In addition to teaching her skills like stay, come, leave it, drop it....etc. We are also going to be working to help her feel more comfortable with house guests. Her humans and I will also talk about what Phoebe's body language is trying to communicate. Helping this little Olive and her humans navigate life with a rapidly changing toddler. From learning about management strategies that will help mitigate conflict around Olives food bowl. To strengthening certain skills like recall, which will help keep everyone more safe and comfortable. As well as enrichment, parallel play, and conditioning more comfort around toddlers' new mobility. Dogs and kids can be challenging, and it's imperative we understand what our dogs are and are not comfortable with. And we work to show our humans in training appropriate ways to interact with our dogs.
