Caring For Your Pets While You're Away We have a fully heated facility with large dog runs & big play yards. Special diets are no problem.

Riverview Kennels is a resort for your loved ones, a home away from home. We also have individual cat condos with an adjoining exercise room.

▪ ACCOMMODATIONS

Our canine guests enjoy cozy heated runs. If you have more than one dog and they are compatible, our runs are spacious enough to house several dogs together. Also, our feline guests enjoy individual cat c

ondos that provide lots of privacy and comfort.

▪ FEEDING

We feed high quality name brand kibble to our canine and feline guests. We do not charge extra for feeding our brand but please feel free to bring in your pet's own food. We administer medications as well and will be given as closely to your schedule as possible.

▪ EXERCISE

"For our canine guests"
All of our canine guests enjoy the use of our large play yards. They have the freedom to really stretch out and run with ease. (Exercise yards included in the daily rate)

" For our feline guests"
All of our feline guests enjoy the use of an exercise room that provides the space to stretch, climb, lounge and watch the hummingbirds in comfort. (Use of exercise room is included in the daily rate)

▪ BEDDING

You may bring your pet's clean washable bed or pillow if they will be more comfortable with that smell of home. Feel free to bring their toys and bones for those that love to play or chew. (We do accommodate your pet with doggie cots and soft plush blankets)

"PLEASE ADMINISTER ANY OUTDATED SHOTS 1 WEEK PRIOR TO STAY." We reserve the right to refuse service for outdated shots. DOGS - Bordetella (canine cough), DHLPP & Rabies

We are crying sad-happy tears 🥲 as we say goodbye to Emily in the next few days. She is heading out to explore a career in real estate.

She has been such an amazing team lead with incredible skills and care for taking care of our pet guests. She has been integral in helping us develop the systems we have, the team culture we have created, and so many other things.

Her last day at Riverview Kennels is December 25th. Make sure you say goodbye before then.

Could these Naughty List pups crack the code for their final activity? We challenged Molly and Sophie with an IQ puzzle filled with treats in an activity called Reindeer Riddle.

Molly tried to chew her way to the prize, while Sophie barked at the puzzle like it might surrender under pressure. But after a few tries (and some patient coaching), they started to figure it out.

For their 11th activity, Molly and Sophie enjoyed a homemade frozen treat made with yogurt, cranberries, and apple slices.

Nothing says holiday cheer like a festive treat! For Activity #10: Santa’s Sweet Spot, Molly and Sophie enjoyed a lick mat topped with pumpkin, frozen yogurt drops, cranberries, and apple slices.

Molly dove in headfirst, treating it like an all-you-can-lick buffet, while Sophie paused between licks to bark at... well, everything.

This activity kept them entertained, focused, and (most importantly) quiet for a solid 15 minutes. A holiday miracle, perhaps?

🐕 Molly & Sophie Master the Chill Life 🦴

For Activity #9: Christmas Chomp + Chill, we gave Molly and Sophie a dehydrated treat from our retail section and let them enjoy 15 minutes of observed downtime.

Molly was suspicious at first (no furniture to chew?), but she quickly settled in. Sophie, meanwhile, was too busy chomping to bark—a first for her!

Molly and Sophie traded chaos for creativity with Activity #8: Christmas Pupcasso!

Armed with a canvas, some pet-safe paint, and a whole lot of curiosity, these two created their very own holiday masterpiece. Molly treated the like an opportunity to chew everything (of course), while Sophie barked encouragement from the sidelines.

The result? A colorful creation that’s now proudly displayed at Riverview Kennels. Who knew these two troublemakers had such artistic flair?
