I am a reiki instructor/practitioner focused on Usui Reiki Ryoho/Japanese Reiki. I have a special interest and focus on Reiki for Animals. It's difficult to put into words what reiki has meant to me, but I would love to share it with you on this page. websites, books, send links or articles to help explain what I do. This is not just a job for me, but it is my life/lifestyle. I strive to embody and "be" reiki in everything I do, from the smallest, most mundane task. My daily focus is on compassion for all living things. I am a former sufferer of compassion fatigue and reiki has helped me overcome it and I'd love to help other animal rescue/shelter volunteers/vets/techs/animal professionals learn how they can benefit from it as well. We can't do all we can for the animals if we don't care for ourselves first. Self care IS important, and that was a hard learned lesson by yours truly.
