Meet TOBY.

He's the dog that was intercepted by the neighbor. 🙏

He had been living outside in the cold and heat for many years. 😡

She got the owner to agree to surrender him to our rescue.

He is now neutered, teeth cleaned, vaccinated, microchipped and ready for his forever home.
