Today marks the end of an era at VSC as we bid farewell to Sharene Dvoracek, our longest-serving employee, who has dedicated nearly 38 years to our team. As a CVT, Sharene's impact on our hospital and surgical team is immeasurable. A quiet leader, she has shaped the careers of countless technicians and assistants, offering invaluable training, mentorship, and unwavering support. She has also been a caring and nurturing presence, a true "mom" to her team.
While we will deeply miss her as she embarks on her well-deserved retirement in Tennessee, her legacy will continue to flourish through the talented technicians she has so generously mentored. Pre-Vet Summer Enrichment Program
At Veterinary Specialty Center, we believe that a diverse and inclusive veterinary profession is crucial for the continued growth and success of the industry. The veterinary field is one of the least diverse in the U.S., which impacts access to care, particularly in communities facing significant ethnic and racial disparities. To help address this, we’re dedicated to attracting and supporting underrepresented students in veterinary medicine.
