Okay folks announcement time!

You may have noticed that North Reedsburg Road is partially closed! You cannot currently get to Fox Hill from BD/BUS-12 through North Reedsburg. If you are coming down BD/12, we recommend taking Pit Road, then taking a left onto Fox Hill. You can access North Reedsburg Road -> Fox Hill from County A.

Our Google listing currently shows us as “Temporarily Closed”- that is NOT the case. We are working to get that fixed ASAP!

Maya the cockapoo puppy had her first groom with us today! She did a wonderful job and gave tons of kisses and cuddles.

Hello everyone,
Unfortunately Jill broke her elbow over the weekend. As of right now we do not know when she will be back to grooming. Please send your healing thoughts and prayers her way!

Caitlin (Tiny) will be grooming and trying to get everyone taken care of during this time as best she can.

Some things to note as we move forward:

If you do not get a call about moving your appointment you DO still have an appointment.

Please allow for extra time for your appointment, about 2 1/2- 3 hours. If this doesn’t work with your schedule please reach out and we will figure it out.

We will do our best to get back with everyone in a timely manner but if you do not hear back from us within a day or so please send a follow up text or give us another call.

Good morning Dandy Pack. I will be out of the shop for the next few weeks. As many of you know, my mother is suffering from end stage Alzheimer’s. She has entered the activity dying stage. I will be caring for my Mother and attending to end of life details with my family! Caitlin will be in the shop on a limited schedule until I return. I hope you will allow us a bit more time to return calls. We may also need to reschedule some appointments. your patience is so much appreciated during this difficult time. I will return as soon as my family is properly taken care of. Thank you and hugs to all.
