Here is our sales agreement. 🙂

We want to thank you for the interest in our rabbits. Please review our sales policy below.

Sales Policy/Payment/Sale Information:

The following payments are accepted: Cash, And Venmo

* Rabbits will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. We do require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold the rabbit. The rabbit/rabbits will remain available until a deposit is received. Once the deposit is received, it will be placed on hold. The balance is due at the time of pick-up/prior to leaving with transport. If the rabbit becomes ill while in our care, the deposit will be refunded or can transferred to another rabbit of equal value. All sales are final. No refunds.

* Prices are not negotiable, it takes a lot of time and money to breed quality rabbits. Please do not ask.

* I have the right to cancel a sale at any time. If I do decide to cancel the sale, the buyer will be refunded any deposit that was paid.

* Rabbits will leave with a small bag of transition feed.

*They do NOT come with cages or any supplies. We suggest you have what you need prior to your rabbits arrival.

* All rabbits are guaranteed healthy at time of sale and sexed to the best of our ability. It is the buyers responsibility to look the rabbit over to make sure there are no issues. After they leave our care, We will no longer be responsible for any illness, mishaps, vet costs. Etc.

* Rabbits bought for breeding: we cannot guarantee how they will reproduce.

* Rabbits will come with a tattoo and pedigree.

* Rabbits must be picked up in a proper carrier. Not a box, or held. This is for everyone’s safety.

If you can't care for your bunny or have a situation, CONTACT US FIRST. I will either take the bunny back at NO CHARGE, or i will help you find the bunny a new home.

* Your bunny is expected to be quarantined for at least 30 days once leaving us. Rabbits need time to adjust.

*I will not sell a bunny that shows any signs of sickness.

*Once you take the bunny you are agreeing that they are 100% healthy.
