Makwa is a Leonberger, which means he’s going to be a VERY big boy! We’re talking around 150lbs! His owners understand the importance of starting him off young, that way we can have a successful future in the grooming room!

I use happy hoodies to muffle the sound of the drier so it’s not so loud! Nordi wasn’t sure how he felt about it being wrapped around his head 😆♥️

Setting Bruce up for success!

This may not look like a big deal, but we struggled for a while to get him into the tub before his groom. For a dog Bruce’s size, this is something he has to be able to do himself to be successful in the grooming room. After his groom I did about a dozen reps with him going in and out of the tub, he was extremely hesitant at first but after a few tries he started getting the hang of it! ♥️ I’m grateful that I’m able to give myself a little extra time to be able to do these things with your pups!
