With a Big Heatwave coming in HOT just know I have only your dogs health and well beings in mind. So walks will likely be shorter then usual to avoid any heat stroke or burns. Stay hydrated and cool friends.

Hey friends. I just want you all to be aware I have some pretty catastrophic car problems that have arisen quickly the other day(just as I was about to leave for a little getaway). As much as I stay on things with my car as soon as they appear( like brought it in the day after with a slight noise then they sent me on merry way and it's completely broke down from there the day after.) it just never seems to be enough with how much I drive and some road conditions I deal with. My rear differential has decided to go along with some other minor things that need attention. It's building up to almost 5-6 grand at this point though . Unfortunately my warranty isn't touching a single thing other then one gasket I need (also the cheapest thing my vehicle needed coincidentally). So I'm honestly not sure what's to happen at this time until I can get other people or quotes to help decide what to do. Cause of course this is dealership prices cause that's the only person willing to touch the warranty which isn't covering a damn thing. As they consider a failed diff as neglect due to a leak cause I was suppose to be checking that even though this was the first problem with it and i brought it to be fixed right away? I'm literally at a mechanics every other month for regular maintenance ( which is more then a regular driver) so I'm not sure how to feel. But I'm unsure if I can continue or what to do at this point in time.. sorry to disappoint everyone. It just feel like a never ending curse I deal with every other year at this point. I'll be In Touch with everyone once I know what the next steps are. Praying for a miracle at this point. 🙏 keep me in your thoughts and much love to you all.

ICE ON FIRE, Montpelier's annual winter festival, is coming up this Sunday! Ice on Fire is happening on Sunday February 4, 2024, 2 - 5pm at Montpelier Country Club, 203 Country Club Road.

WANT TO HAVE SOME WINTER FUN EVEN SOONER? This Friday February 2nd at 9am-12pm and 1-4pm at the country club we'll be setting up Christmas tree mazes, igloos, ice furniture, snow arches and more in preparation for the event. Come on by to volunteer and create community cheer!

As we come up on the finish line and start putting together the finishing touches, we find ourselves just short of our goal for a new laundry setup.

Unfortunately, the used ones we've looked at simply won't fit the average load size and hookups we need which means buying new and the current price with all the needed fittings is coming in at about $1,700
We do A LOT of laundry here and anything less than a large capacity washer and dryer just burns through equipment and adds to repair costs.
These are the final pieces of equipment needed to get everything running smoothly (and make it so our wonderful staff doesn't have to take laundry home or to the cleaners each night!) and we need your help to make it happen!

Fosters Needed!!
We have finally been given the greenlight to start repairs and we have never been happier! Our goal going forward is to get the cat lounge area back together so that we can bring our feline friends home, but in the meantime, we have some current fosters in need of new places to go!
Current foster families have other obligations and we completely understand, but that means kitties in need of somewhere to go while we put the walls and floor back together!
If you have the room and the time for a displaced kitty or two, please send us a message!
Our current time frame is looking to be able 2 weeks out before they can come home (assuming the flooring comes in as planned!)
We are looking forward to having of kitty community back together soon and thank you all for your ongoing support!
