Hey! I’m on Vermont Public this morning thanks to the incredibly amazing Erica Heilman, who was already my favorite podcaster:

In Vermont, there are a handful of vets who will provide at-home euthanasia for pets, but Dr. Bruner is one of two that have practices that focus primarily on end-of-life care, a growing area of veterinary medicine. Vermont Public joined Dr. Bruner on a home euthanasia visit.

I started out in veterinary medicine doing a lot of dairy work and I know only too well what narrow margins farmers operate on. Mambo's Feeling Better!

I'm still seeing a few urgent acupuncture appointments, and this one definitely qualified. Yesterday this lovely sweet old boy went from barely weight-bearing on the right hind, unwilling to walk even in a sling-- to rising and walking on his own after one treatment. Thanks, Jay, for the video!
