Honored to see this article this week. It helped remind me that hard work pays off.

Just 5 days until Kansas state convention and 18 until Nationals. I’ll continue to put in the work as I reach for the goals I’ve set to earn another Queen title. Regardless of the outcome I know I have a tribe for life and have learned so much. While I’m hesitant of the upcoming changes as I transition from the youth arena to open I’m excited for the opportunities to give back even a small portion of the love and support that has been poured into me.

To all my fellow youth contestants…don’t quit now! Keep studying and know I’ll be there for a high five or a hug as we go through this together!

In just a month I’ll be headed to Louisville, Kentucky for the 101st annual American Rabbit Breeders Association, Inc. convention where I’ll be participating my final year as a youth member. Not only will I be showing a few rabbits but I’ll also be competing in the National youth contests including Breed ID, Judging, Achievement, Management and Royalty. I’ve been working hard to study in hopes of bringing a couple titles home to Oklahoma! I am the ONLY Oklahoma youth participating in these contests and I’m honored to represent.

While I’ve been selling handles, boredom’s busters and tshirts thoughiur the year as well as working at random
Babysitting jobs, I still have not raised the full amount to fund my trip on my own (which is always my goal). Been a while since we hit the road early for a show. Just headed up the road to Cherryvale Youth Fair for a fun little show with a couple for their first time out. Thankful for the cool morning and hopefully will stay that way for this outside show!
