After 16 years, our groomer is retiring at the year's end. We need 2 groomers to start early January 2022. You provide clippers, combs and supplies plus your ability and expertise. We provide shampoo, tub with ramps, hydraulic groom tables and plenty of storage and kennels. As an independant contractor, you set your own schedule. You make appointments, bathing, and handle your own phone calls. Details will be discussed at the time of application at Companion Animal Clinic. Please provide your portfolio at that time. The right candidate must be a self-starter with a positive attitude and a love for cats and dogs of all sizes. In this role, you do more than cleaning and disinfecting our kennels-you also learn animal care and behavior basics while assisting our team with feeding, bathing, and walking tasks. Experience in this field is preferred but we are willing to train the right individual. Pay is based on experience.
