These three kitties lost their owner. When she passed away, they were taken to Memphis Animal Services. The first one, Purr Purr is still there and is very scared. Meghan and Harry are now with a foster but also need a forever home. They are all spayed/neutered and have been well cared for. Their veterinary records are at Eastgate Animal Hospital. We know everyone that has been keeping up with Riona has questions, and we are going to answer as many as we can.

First: she is doing very well! The first of several skin grafts should start next week, beginning with her face. Thanks to the wonderful care of Mallory and everyone at Bluff City she avoided infections and is healing great!

✅ YES, MPD is investigating. It takes time. There is information that we simply cannot share but please note it is ongoing.

✅ Thanks to another donor the reward is now at $20,000.00 for the "arrest and conviction of the person/persons that did this."

So yes, things are being done to not only care for her and help in her long road to recovery, but we are also making sure her story is spread and shared so awareness can be made not only to what happened to her, but to the horrific abuse that goes on everyday to these poor animals. Many others shared their stories, and sadly most of the abused dogs are pits. It needs to stop.

Please read, share and absolutely no rude remarks. This is very hard for all concerned.

Reign was adopted 2/18 and sadly the smaller dog in the home has been growling at her and it is not a safe situation. Reign reached the point where she has had enough and now the two have gotten into a fight.
Both are fine but its best for her she not stay. The other dog is older and set in her ways, and this decision is extremely hard for the adopter.

Reign does great with dogs ( that dont growl at her) and loves playing with the large male dog in the home but we have to find another home asap.
Reign is about 2 years old, fully vetted, crate trained, walks well on a leash. She weighs about 50 pounds.
