URGENT HELP NEEDED‼️ We need $12,000!
Hayley is currently working on socializing and capturing a colony of (10) kittens/young cats before the freezing cold winter. We can not continue to do this care without the support and help from the community with donations. (I know you hesr thjs rant weekly but we are still in a slump.) We understand this is a hard time of the year but it is also the most critical to the survival of these younger cats and kittens.
These two kittens went to the vet today and the bill was $325. The one is severely underweight, fighting a horrible virus and has a really bad crusty nose. These kittens are getting round the clock care which is costly financially and emotionally.
If you would like to help us continue to do this life saving work please please please consider donating. We have a decent amount of debt racking up ($12,000) and lots of cats in care. If 2,000 people donated just $5 it would make a huge difference for us. No dollar amount is too small and it is so greatly appreciated. No donation goes unnoticed. Please help if you are able! 🥹

We are in desperate need of donations. As you can see in the attached photo, our nonprofit’s debt keeps growing and has now passed $11,000. And just this afternoon, we had to add another $755 for vet care for two rescues. At this point, we simply cannot take on any new requests for help in any capacity. Until we can pay down what we owe, we have to pause all assistance, including TNR and veterinary support. This month alone, we’ve had to say no to six requests.

We also have monthly expenses that continue to stack up for the rescues and colonies currently under our care, and those responsibilities don’t stop.

And let me repeat (for what feels like the millionth time): THIS IS NOT DIRECTED AT THOSE OF YOU WHO DONATE REGULARLY. We appreciate every single penny you’ve given, and we do NOT expect you to keep carrying us. This plea is to the tens of thousands of followers who have never donated. If you want us to continue doing this work, we truly need your support.

Please consider donating even $5, or setting up a small monthly donation. If you prefer to send supplies, our Chewy wish lists are also available and help us feed and care for our colony cats and rescues.

So we have some great news. Sushi found his family! Kristofer and His partner Roman were looking to adopt an FIV cat to add to their furry family. I’ve bee Social media friends with Kris for years and saw he had posted in an FIV group that they were looking for a kitten… I responded well we have a 10 year old toothless FIV kitten 🤣

And they said we’ll take him. So last Sunday Beth & Amy drove to New York to meet up with them.

He took less time then we expected to start adjusting and coming out from hiding.

We are so happy this sweet boy found a family to call his own after all he has been through. He will have furry dog and cat siblings too and seems to be doing great with them!

How has it been 10 years? The little feral that started it all and inspired so many. Hard to believe its been 10 years since Ty left us and 13 years since he busted into our lives and practically demanded we start All Souls Connected and save thousands of other animals...He was truly sent here with a mission, and he accomplished it and then some.

💔 Update on Thomas & Juniper 💔
We have some not so great news about our sweet Thomas. Toward the end of last week, he had two seizures. We were able to catch one on video to show the vet( we will not be sharing that here for obvious reasons. If anyone wants tho see it message me). He was seen last Friday. Unfortunately, there’s no clear way to know what’s causing them. At almost 15 years old, it could simply be age-related, but there’s also the possibility of a brain tumor. The only way to know for sure would be an MRI or CAT scan, but because that would require anesthesia, and the risks at his age are high, the vet does not recommend it.

Thomas has now started phenobarbital, which he’ll need to stay on for the rest of his life. So far he seems to be tolerating it well. The vet explained that if the seizures continue or worsen even with medication, we can sadly assume a tumor is likely. He’s also been walking on his forearm, which we can assume is uncomfortable and painful, cats are experts at hiding it.

For now, we’ll continue to treat, love, and support him as long as his quality of life remains good. Please send Thomas all the love, healing energy, and prayers you can. He’s been such an important part of All Souls Connected, our socializer who welcomes new arrivals and helps them feel safe. We’re hoping this is just a bump in the road and that the medication will help us have much more time with him. ❤️

On another note, Juniper also went to the vet on Friday for a lump on his tail in the same spot as last year. They believe it’s a cyst. Samples were taken both times and didn’t show any suspicious cells, but cancer can’t be ruled out completely. Because of where the cyst is, surgery isn’t possible without risking circulation to the tail. He’s on antibiotics, and thankfully the swelling has gone down again. We’ll continue to monitor closely.

As always, we’re so grateful for this amazing rescue community. Your compassion and donations truly keep us going. We currently have over $6,000 in veterinary expenses on our credit card and currently have multiple cats in ongoing treatment, and could use any help you’re able to give.

Unfortunately, our last few attempts at fundraising have not garnered much... Our credit card bill are up over $5000 and as you will see in the attached photo we have $570 in our checking account.

We have been slammed with vet bills recently and have many more to come between continued care for Casper's broken leg, Surgery to remove an ear polyp in Poppy. We have several cats goign for Spay/neuter. We now need to get Thomas in to see an Orthopedic specialist becasue he is having an increasingly difficult time getting around with his remaining front leg and is walking on his forearm and that doesn't account for the feral colony cats we care for. Obviously the more we carry on our card the more we accumulate because of interest as well.

So all that being said, PLEASE consider donating. We are looking at about another $5000 in vet bills alone. WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT. If you have never donated, please consider giving even $5. You have no idea how that adds up when our cat community decides to give.

💔 Emergency Help Needed for All Souls Connected 💔

Casper is fighting through a broken femur, and little Poppy—after battling a severe ear infection—is now facing surgery to remove a polyp. On top of that, Storm remains in our care and is scheduled to be spayed in October.

Our vet bills have already pushed us over $5,000 on credit, and more are coming in. We need your support to continue to save these furry lives.

Seems impossible that is was 11 years ago that Tyrone was featured as the Star Cat in Modern Cat Magazine....thousands of animals have been saved through All Souls Connected , because one orange lovable grumpy cat inspired so many around the world.

Sushi is a resilient 10 year old boy whose life changed when he began showing up at one of our feeding areas. From the moment we saw him, we knew something was wrong. Years of experience told us he had likely been dumped and was struggling to survive. We rushed him to the emergency vet where we learned he was dangerously underweight, anemic, FIV positive, and suffering from a severe heart murmur and advanced dental disease. After months of care, his anemia cleared, his heart improved, and he underwent dental surgery and neutering. Every tooth had to be removed, but Sushi has made a full recovery and is now showing a playful side, discovering toys and delighting in catnip. He is shy and will need time and patience to adjust, but once he feels safe, he melts into belly rubs and loves to sit close by. Sushi deserves a quiet, supportive home where he can blossom at his own pace, and in return, he will be a gentle and loving companion.
