A HUGE thank you to Maria and Dawn for braving some rough roads and soooo much snow to be at the shelter to feed, clean, and medicate the kiddos!

The furballs will be boisterous tomorrow, though - plan on volunteering at the League this week to help them get out some of their snow-day boredom!

We are closing at 3pm, and delaying our open until 10am tomorrow.

If you had an appointment with us before 10am tomorrow, we’ve already called you to reschedule - check your voicemail!

As of now, we are planning on normal adoption hours tomorrow (12-7) - so spend YOUR snow day adopting a best friend ❤️

Who will be her Snow Day buddy?!?

We still have so many doggies who would give anything for a foster - head our way and make a shelter dog’s whole world ❤️

Maren gets along with everyone - so if you have other dogs, that’s super cool with her!

(Fosters can be returned Tuesday or Wednesday, whenever Snowmageddon lets up; or never, ‘cause foster wins are cool, too!)

So we reckon y'all better be fixin' to pick up a Snow Day foster doggie today or they'll be madder than a wet hen.

Bless your hearts, sho' nuff we probably gotta tell you the times again.

Pick up a foster doggie today between 11:30am-1pm - enjoy your Snow Days with them, keep them warm and snuggly through Snowmageddon, then bring 'em on back to us on Tuesday between 12-5 or Wednesday between 12-7!

(Or just keep 'em permanently, we're flexible)

How can you give snuggles like THIS and still be sitting in a shelter after a year-and-a-half?!?

Cheerio has ooonnneee little flaw: his stuff is his stuff, and that's non-negotiable. 🤷

But Cheerio is a love muffin, and dealing with resource-guarding is pretty easy - if he's got something he wants, let him have it. If you reaaaalllly need it back - swap him out for a yummy treat, and call it a draw.

Cheerio has been in a foster home, and does WONDERFULLY! He's potty-trained; he loves to snuggle; and he's an easy couch potato to love with your whole heart

You can come visit with our kitties in their open cat rooms ANY TIME during our open hours at the shelter!

No training or previous experience required! Kids welcome, too (please bring an adult in case the booping gets too frenzied)!
