I’ve found my forever home!!!

Look at this sweet baby girl!! African Cape aka Brown-Necked Parrot is currently being hand fed and is looking for her forever home. Cousin to the African Grey they are loyal companions and can be very good talkers. Stop in or message us for information.

Birdie it’s COLD outside! With this extreme cold air pushing in for the next several days we’d like to give everyone a few helpful reminders on keeping your birds safe during this time.
**Keep cages away from windows and doors if possible and put an extra blanket on the cage to keep drafts out.
**Do not put any portable heaters directly under or near the birds, their cages or stands.
**If you must travel with your birds, keep them secure in a travel carrier wrapped in a blanket to prevent as much direct cold air hitting them (and it’s always nice for them to have a nice warm car ready for them 😊.)
Birds are great at keeping themselves warm. You may see them “puffed up” a little more than usual right now, that’s fine. Just avoid extreme temperature changes as much as possible.
