‼️Happy New Year! Attendance policy reminder ahead‼️

Due to limited capacity, an extensive waitlist, and keeping a safe staff to dog ratio, we need to start enforcing our attendance policy.

For dogs with approved set days (M-W-F, T-Th, or even just once a week), dogs will be allowed one last minute cancellation per month at no charge. All no show, no text/calls will be charged as this gives me no opportunity to fill the spot. Exceptions will be made if at least a one week advanced notice is given, which would allow me to offer the spot to those waiting.

I plan my help based on the number of dogs scheduled, and no shows are a missed opportunity for a dog on our waitlist to join the fun! Any questions or concerns, please reach out. Thank you for your understanding and support!

A beloved member of our crew crossed the rainbow bridge today. It will never get easier saying goodbye to a piece of our four-legged family.

Pace was such a happy-go-lucky boy, who made the most of every single day, and his memory will be remembered for far longer than we got to spend with him. We will miss being greeted by his happy face and little hops at the gate every morning, the way his face lit up when the pools came out, and how much he loved playing in the snow. Most of all, we’ll miss the way he was always just happy to be here, no matter what we were doing. His memory will live on through his favorite buddies Althea, Ralphie, Juni, and Lou. We are so thankful for our many happy memories with him.

Pace loved life, and it was abundantly clear how loved he was by his family. Our hearts go out to them during this hard time. Fly high buddy, say hi to Alvin for us ❤️🕊️🌈
