Thanks to all who came to our summer yard sale & shopped & donated to our cats! We had more stuff than ever from our volunteers & devoted friends of Paw & all of you who care so much about our kitties!
Every penny goes to the care of the cats that need our help currently in our program & to those cats who will need us coming up. With lots of funding cuts to many programs we feel that people will be struggling with spay neuter & hope to help with that as needed.
We brought in $3842. today to accomplish that!
We will have another sale in September - our annual fall yard sale, once again at the senior center to raise more money to continue helping. It's a lot of work setting up. selling & breaking down but a lot of fun too & we get to see so many of you shopping & are able to give some great deals too! We hope you all had fun too!
Thank you to all of you who donated things for us to sell & to our amazing volunteers who helped with set up, selling, breakdown AND to those who dug up their plants for us to sell as well as divided their house plants!
A huge shout out to our baker Anne Lavoie who makes us so many sweet treats to sustain us during set up & break down when we need a sugar high! Bakers Patti Sig & Dawn Toth too! All the bakers get 4 paws up from us!
I have a post showing the amount of trash we have go to the landfill. We donate everything we can locally to other non profits, churches, wildlife rehabbers, homeless advocates, restore, etc. Just the boxes & bags & plastic chair will go to the landfill!
