🐾 Who can welcome a Douhgnut into their home 💕

****Adopted****

Everyone meet doughnut, Doughnut meet everyone 💙 He is a 3.5 month old shepherd/pyr mix. Gets along well with kids and all people. Working on potty training but getting better! He’s currently seeking his own family. This is going to be a very smart and loyal pup who will need an owner who understands and appreciates a young shepherd and their development needs.

Cancer in pets is often treatable. If your pet has a bump or lump that’s pea-sized or larger, is painful or seems to be changing in shape or size in any way, it’s time to get serious about having it checked out. Early detection and treatment are key for the best outcome. Talk to your veterinarian if you have any concerns.

Planning a low-key holiday and looking for a way to give back? Give one of our shelter pets a break this Thanksgiving by hosting a foster! This is a wonderful opportunity to give a pet the comfort of a home for the holiday week—and who knows, you might just fall in love, or help them find their future family!

To become a Thanksgiving Foster, please visit https://form.jotform.com/222975854124058 to submit an application. Paper applications are also available at the shelter. Then visit the shelter on Friday, November 22, or Saturday, November 23, to be matched with a pet and bring them home. Pets will return to the shelter on Saturday, November 30—unless, of course, you decide to make them a permanent part of your family!

In past years, this program has led to many happy “foster fails,” and the insights shared by the foster families have helped make ideal matches for pets who return to the shelter for adoption. Whether you’re ready to adopt or just want to offer some holiday cheer, hosting a pet for Thanksgiving makes a meaningful difference in their lives!

Ice cream fans! It's shaping up to be a gorgeous 🍂 fall 🍁 and Big Bertha the Ice Cream Truck would like to advise you of her plans!

🌙 ✨ Evenings are already much darker than last month, and we don't want anyone chasing the truck at twilight, so we will be ceasing evening routes after this week.

🍁 That said, fall weather is luscious and we're still booking events through the end of October!

📅 If you are interested in booking the truck, we are happy to work with your ideas. Prepaid, per-item, or "just show up" events are all possible, based on how many guests are expected. No travel fee applies within 10 miles of Bath.

🎊 We're looking forward to bringing some sweet, kitschy fun to your event! Reach out anytime to make plans for a birthday, wedding, wake, party, or just a cooler-than-normal day at the office!
