We had a relay race at the end of our staff meeting, and it was great to get out and have some smiles. We did a water bowl race, p**p bag toss, and had a race to see who could put on PPE and a cone on the quickest. Congratulations to our winners today! We had quite a few. :)

Snow Day Dog Safety Tips:

*If it's too cold for you outside, it's too cold for your dog (other than short bathroom breaks).
*Your pet can get frostbite in as little as 30 minutes if it is below freezing, especially in the snow.
*Wash your dog's paws and stomach after they play in the snow to remove built-up ice and snow.
*Snow can get packed between the paw pads and cause pain when walking.
*Check your dog's paw pads for redness or cracking and apply moisturizing paw balm if needed.
*Thoroughly towel-dry your dog when they come inside after being in the snow and provide a warm place to rest and recharge.
