Wow! A huge congrats goes out to my newest group of ADVANCED dog graduates from Diamond in the Ruff Dog Obedience Training!! What a great group of dedicated owners and dogs....and so much fun to work with. It was amazing to watch their progress each week.

What a FUN group of dogs and owners that graduated last night from Diamond in the Ruff Dog Obedience Training!! Congrats to ALL of you!! They did a wonderful job training their dogs and I loved how well the dogs bonded with each other during Socialization! It was truly a joy to watch them interacting with each other. I'm so very proud of each and everyone of you. You put in the time and effort to train your pooches and it showed.

1st Place: Tiffany Jones & "Sweetie" (German Shepherd)
2nd Place: Daniel Gonzales & "Gracie Mae" (Micro Mini Goldendoodle)
3rd Place: Tommy and Jeannine Plemons & "Buddy" (Bassett Hound)

It was a chilly night and the dogs were super frisky. Extra kudos for keeping them in a Sit Stay or Down Stay until they were called!! Keep up the fantastic work. I hope to see all of you again - either for a refresher or in my Advanced Class.

Hey Dog Owners!! I'm starting a new group class on Tuesday, Oct. 28th from 6:15 - 7:45 p.m. This is absolutely the BEST time of the year to be outside training your pups, so let's take advantage of this gorgeous weather while we have some “quality time” with our four-legged companions.

This is a 5 week class, one night (Tues) a week, the cost is $225 for the entire course and taught at the La State Archives off of Essen (near I-12). Calling All Graduates of Diamond in the Ruff Dog Obedience Training....

For anyone who previously completed my Beginner/Intermediate Class, I am starting a Fall Advanced Dog Obedience Class on Thursday, Oct. 23rd from 6:15 - 7:30 p.m. This is a wonderful opportunity to take your Pack Leader skills to the next level and for your dog to receive his PhD in training.

This is a 5-week course on Thursday evenings and the classes are taught at the La State Archives off of Essen. Huge Congrats to my newest group of graduates from Diamond in the Ruff Dog Obedience Training!! They were an amazing group of owners and dogs....and did a wonderful job! I'm so very proud of how far they came from Week One's class. Way to go everyone!!

O.K., It's beginning to feel a little Fall-ish. School is back in session, football has started, and the air is less humid with a nice breeze!! I don't know about you, but living in the Deep South, those things get me excited after our long, hot summers.

What a great group of dogs and owners who graduated from Diamond in the Ruff Dog Obedience Training!!! They were so much fun to work with and did a fantastic job training their pups. I'm so very proud of all of you. What a difference from the first week to the last. Congratulations on a job well done!!

The new dog obedience class that was supposed to start last night had to be postponed due the storms in the area. So, if you'd like to get into this class, you still can. The new class will be starting this coming Tuesday, August 26th from 6:15 - 7:45 p.m. My group lessons are done at the La State Archives building on Essen Lane near I-12. It's a 5-Week Course, once a week, and the cost is $225 for the entire 5 weeks (you just pay at the first class). There is a lifetime guarantee on my group classes, so you are welcome to come back for a refresher at no additional charge! :)
