Enjoy time with family and friends - both 2 and 4 legged. 😁 Hopefully your day will be uneventful but if you find yourself needing immediate care for your pet, please contact one of the local ER clinics in Kalamazoo - 269-381-5228 or Byron Center - 616-537-1402. Our office is closed today but will reopen Tuesday morning at 8:30 am.

A big shout out to all of our amazing clients! We really appreciate your patience and understanding as we try our best to provide excellent care for your furry family members during this busy time. For our established clients with sick pets that need to be seen the same day, please call the office at 8:30 a.m. We set aside a few slots each day for urgent same-day visits, but we don't schedule them until that day. If you have an emergency that can't wait, or if we are not able to squeeze one more patient in to the schedule for the day, we may recommend taking your pet to the ER.

Happy 4th of July!!!! Our office is closed today, the 4th, and Friday, the 5th. We will reopen on Monday, July 8th, as usual. We hope you have a wonderful holiday! It is going to be 🔥🔥HOT🔥🔥this week!! Please consider leaving your pets at home in the AC when you run errands, unless you are able to take them inside with you. Even just a couple of minutes alone in a hot car could result in heat stroke or death. Provide plenty of fresh water and cool places to rest for both pets and humans. 😁 Have a great week!!

The 4th of July is fast approaching! Our office will be closed on Monday, the 3rd AND Tuesday, the 4th. If you normally need medications for your pets for fireworks, please call early this week to order so you can have them in time for the upcoming holiday. 269-962-9955

It's finally getting warmer out - just a reminder to never leave your dog—or any other animal—in a hot car. Even at just 70 degrees outside, your car can get to dangerous temperatures inside - even in the shade or with the windows cracked open. It’s like being baked alive. Heatstroke can happen in just minutes, even with the car’s windows partially rolled down. And opening a window slightly won’t help—parking in the shade or leaving water in the vehicle won’t prevent your dog from overheating, either. Please leave your pets at home during the warmer weather if you are not able to take them everywhere you go.
