UPDATE: Adopted! ❤️🎉

This beautiful creature (Stanley) ended up with us through no fault of his own and will be available for adoption very soon. Must be over 18, have a quiet household, be an established client at vets office and be willing/able to provide the spoiled lifestyle that Stanley has known his whole life (he's not even 2 yet).
Indoor cat only.
Fixed, tested, utd on vaccines.

We recently had a gentleman advise us that there was a house fire in his neighborhood (100 block of East Van Buren) about 4-6 weeks ago and since then 2 adult cats have been hanging around his home. Both are very friendly and he is providing food/water but would like to reunite them with their owner if they are belong to someone. He is not on social media and does not have photos but both cats are fixed and friendly. One siamese, one black/brown tabby. Neither are chipped. Let's keep the cats cool!

When the weather warms up, community cats need extra help staying cool!

🚰 Fresh water - Replenish daily and add ice cubes to help it stay cool! You can even freeze entire bowls of water and let them melt outside.

⛱️ Shady spots - This can be as simple as setting up an umbrella or planting a bush!

🐟Wet food - Wet food helps cats stay hydrated when they’re not getting enough water. Just don’t leave it sitting out!

🧊Frozen bottles - Fill up a 1 or 2 liter bottle with water, freeze it, and then put it outside for overheated kitties to lie next to.

👅Frozen tube treats! Put them in the freezer for a feline-friendly popsicle.
