Wow what a day it’s been at Pampered Pets. Today I took a new customer with a uneasy feeling about doing so. A long story short it didn’t turn out well. This customer who was belligerently drunk accused me of hurting her dog which was clearly not the case at all. With not getting into all the details I just want to let people know things can be said untrue at anytime on this platform. As groomers or any client base business someone can bash you, and try to ruin your reputation and business without it being fact checked. 32 years of grooming has something to say about it!! I’m done taking new clients for now. The ones I have I cherish and am thankful for.🐶❤️
