Kip has been an awesome lesson horse in my program. She’s very patient, forgiving, and great at helping nervous or beginner riders build confidence. A few of my beginner youth students have shown her in the walk-trot classes at ranch horse shows, and she’s done well.

She comes from an English background with her previous owner, has done some light jumping, and has been started in dressage. She’s easy to handle—clips, bathes, ties, loads, and travels easily.

While Kip is a fantastic horse, she’s not quite suited for the competitive goals I have for my students, particularly in reining maneuvers. However, she is a talented and safe mare and would make a wonderful partner as a trail riding, family, or lesson horse. Kip loves attention, especially from kids, and enjoys scratches and affection.

She is an easy keeper with no special maintenance and completely sound with no health issues. She is the herd leader but has done well with my other mare she's pastured with.
