"I want to start by saying the dog door I purchased has been amazing. Durable and no problems. On another note. We installed one in our rental property and it had a total loss house fire. Our tenants had 3 large dogs in the home and were not home themselves. All 3 k9s got out unscathed. So thank you for your product. I will absolutely never go with out one! Just wanted to extend my appreciation on a great product! Thanks again!"

I’ve had my RANGER doggy door for 5 months now and I never have to worry about it. I have been impacted by both hurricane Debbie and Helene and never once even had to consider closing my dog door. It never blew open or leaked water even in hurricane force winds. I trust this door so much. I have had a cheaper dog door that leaked soooo much hot air and even water in my house and this one is such fine quality craftsmanship I would buy this door all over again if I had too. I highly recommend.

So glad I went for this Freedom Pet Pass door over the typical dual flap setup. Excellent complete seal of the door with quick closing and unobtrusive noise. I haven't had a winter to test out the cold but 100 degree summer heat didn't really change the temp of the inside of the flap compared to the wall (6") much at all. My winters run around about a 15 degree average and I just don't see any problem with the cold radiating inside. It took only 4 treats to get my 70lb Spitz to use the door. No more opening doors for my buddy. He prefers to use his door instead of the house door when I go outside. Seem to be of excellent construction with easy flap replacement. Nice. Great product. Two years later--- Fantastic door. No problems at all. I had a cold winter, 20 below with no seal problems. Purchased on 9/1/22.

Just wanted to let you know that I installed the Insulated dog door and it has made a world of difference. Our other door worked great (used a sensor on the dog collar to unlock the door) but it was almost like having a window open, especially noticeable when the cold weather appeared. We had installed it during the summer. Even with a heater on the opposite wall, about six feet away the area was still cold even when the door was closed. With the RANGER door installed it was like the wall was still insulated with 3 1/2 inches of fiberglass insulation. Only took the dogs a couple of days to adjust to the new door. The previous door had a clear flap and this one has a white flap. Only sad that we didn't find the RANGER door first, but definitely glad we did find it. Thanks for making a great product

I needed a couple dog doors for my new home. I have had Many dog doors. The price of the doors was way over what I even came close to paying....but I took a chance. So glad I did! What a Quality dog door...Wow! Does not even compare to the ones I've had! These doors are insulated...I Love Them!!

We installed this dog door in a door to our back yard. The door is north facing and receives the brunt of the wind and snow each year. From inside, you would never know it's cold out. This door is like magic. The dog LOVES it, and will often run in and out like an idiot, at full speed to get the 'jump' on the back yard squirrels. Even with this abuse (large shepherd breed), the door is standing up like its brand new. I'm so impressed. I wish more things were built with this quality and if I ever move, this is be the first upgrade I make to my new house, it's THAT good. 6 stars. 100% recommend.

"Our two cats and one dog have been using a Freedom Pet Pass, they all learnt to use it straight away although they did already use a traditional cat flap so that may have helped. This design is simply the best we have seen, there is zero draught even in a storm and it still performs exactly as it did when we installed it 11 YEARS ago! Very functional, 100% effective and durable too. Expensive compared to alternatives but in our experience worth every penny. Thanks for such a great product."

After alot of research, I went with their door. I'm NOT regretting it. Excellent customer service and product arrived on time. The door and flaps are high quality and sturdy. Door in door installation was easy. Just watch the install videos. I live in Idaho and the door seals very well, to keep the cold winter air out. Far better than I expected.
