Update on Yin-Yang:

Her surgery Mobday, 9/8. to remove both eyes went well without complications.

She had trouble relaxing the first 2 days, but today feels more relaxed.

She only eats Delectibles and some Nulo mousse.

She returned to the vet today to get a Convenia shot since trying to give her Clavamox was a total disaster. It ended up on her face and my face. To say the least, she doesn't take medicine well. Who can blame her after months of shots, meds, and eye drops.

The vet said it was ok to remove the cone as long as I watched her. That removal made her feel so much better. She even met me at the door.

Keep her in your thoughts.

Once she has healed, she will be available for adoption.

Chanel also known as Diva is ready for adoption. She is almost recovered from her spay surgery this past Friday.

She loves to play and is so soft. She stays clean unlike most kittens and loves to be petted.

Another adoption happened today for sweet Spirit. He's 7 months old and is full of energy.

He will have a canine sibling and had a blast being held by his new family. He loved playing with the wand showing his new family how playful he is.

Yin-Yang is 1-1/2 years old. She was adopted when she was 4 months old, but was returned 2 months later since she got really sick.

She ended up with dry, ocular FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis). This is a death sentence unless treatment is started immediately. Her eye issues include glaucoma, inflammation, corneal ulcers, and water accumulation on the cornea. She has been very uncomfortable and in pain a lot of times.

All this has led to total blindness.

In order to make her life free of pain and discomfort, she will have a Bilateral Enucleation this coming Monday, 9/8. This means that both eyes will be removed.

Her vet bills are already over $4,600.00.

This surgery is $1,800.00.

Any donation of any amount would be most appreciated to get this surgery for her.

Rambunctious little Maxwell found his dad today. He loves to play with toys, other cats, and is very loving enjoying petting and hugging.

Evie is such a loving little girl as well. But, she has the loudest voice you have ever heard. Be sure to give her attention. Her new family will keep her occupied.

She has adapted well to her new family and home. She is the queen of the place and loves it.

Chanel was recently found as a stray in a local resident's yard. She's about 2-1/2 months old, but underweight. The resident already had quite a few cats and therefore wants her to find her own home.

She is getting so lovable. She got her harness on for the first time. She actually adjusted to that faster then most do.

She loves to play with toys and tunnels.

And Snickerdoodle, an older foster, is showing her the ropes. He has plenty of tricks that he likes to show the little ones.

Plus, she's learning about dogs.

She will soon be available for adoption. Or a Hold can be placed to keep her for your family.
