We can finally announce that Mossy Rock Retrievers has moved. We are now located at 6619 Hidden Dunes Dr in Baytown, Texas. It has been a busy exciting and somewhat stressful 3 months. Facebook posts and Website updates have been few during this time but we are looking forward to settling in and getting everything updated. Thank you for your patience as we make this transition.

We still have 9 puppies that are ready for thier forever families. We will be holding a puppy open house tomorrow from 1 pm to 5 pm. Message for special details.

Don’t mind our dirty faces, we love to play outside!! 10 weeks old, vet checked and ready to go home with you! These puppies are people lovers and problem solvers. They are just waiting for thier special someone. If you are looking for the perfect hunting buddy, service dog, best friend or family companion these puppies will be able to do it all.

Puppies are AKC registered and microchipped. They have received their first vaccination and have been dewormed at 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks. Parents have been genetically tested and OFA certified for hips and elbows.

What do you do with 11 puppies on a beautiful spring day?? Take them out for some puppy playtime. Mama and four month old Oakley make for some great playtime. These guys will soon be 8 weeks old and ready to be picked up next week. If you are looking for your new best friend, a family companion or your next hunting buddy these puppies are sure to please.

Both parents have been genetically tested and have had hips and elbows checked through OFA.

It’s hard to believe these puppies are 6 weeks already. They are growing fast! They will be vet checked vaccinated and dewormed this week. We will also begin introducing some crate time.

We still have puppies looking for their forever home. Puppies will be ready for their new homes on March 6th. If you are looking for a new best friend, family companion or hunting buddy we have just the right one waiting for you!!

Week three has been exciting. These puppies are so active. They now run to mama when she comes into the box. We have had to put the highest panels up in the box because they are now trying to climb out. They are begining to learn puppy play, pawing and nipping at each other. We started puppy mash which was a big hit.

Puppy pics have been updated! They have their eyes and ears open and are starting to get mobile. They will be ready for their forever homes March 6!

Two weeks old. Puppies eyes are opening as well as their ears. They have begun walking around the whelping box and barking at one another. Mama is feeding them well and they are growing fast.

It has been a busy week and a half since these puppies arrived. Mama had a long labor but is doing well now and taking great care of her new litter. I finally had time to take some pictures of these beautiful babies. We have 11 (4 males and 7 females) looking for their forever families. After a long night and day Ellie had 11 puppies. She is exhausted but doing good!

Ellie is taking a much needed rest break before the next puppies arrive. Seven (5 female, 2 male) puppies so far, all of them black. There are still more to come so maybe we will get some other colors.
