Early TBT-2010--Responsible Dog Ownership Day-sponsored by the Baytown Kennel Club, Inc. at the Baytown Bark Park. Several local breed clubs and rescue groups joined in the fun, The BKC discussed when to hold another one in 2024. Public Education grass roots level.
