FACT: Yellow Garden Spiders can lay up to 4 egg sacs with up to 1,000 spiders in each sac. The hatchling stay in the sac for a year before coming out

We are delighted to invite you to our ARTS & CRAFTS Volunteer Camp this Tuesday from 9-11. All ages welcome. We've expanded our space to ensure that all our friends can join in the fun. Our day will begin with engaging farm chores, including feeding and interacting with the animals. Following that, we'll transition into a series of creative activities: a painting craft, a horseshoe craft, and a special mystery craft to conclude our time together. Don’t ever underestimate your worth to others in this world. Even the smallest things you do in life can have a powerful impact on someone else’s life.

Case in point, our well pump went out yesterday and we had no water for the animals. Thankfully, our Tuesday volunteers were thoughtful enough to fill up all our our auxiliary water jugs not knowing what was to come. It would’ve been a difficult day for animals without water.

100 lbs of feed per week ($100/week)
1 round bale of hay per week ($75/week)
Unlimited amounts of produce
Routine healthcare and vaccinations
Hoof trimming ($550 for the vet to sedate and be present, $270 for the farrier every 8 weeks)
Medication for Cannoli's joint disease and laminitis

COTTON IS EATING! After barely eating a few bites for 3 weeks he received a sub q injection yesterday and will be admitted to the hospital on Monday for 3 days of IV fluidsas a last ditch effort to save his life! 😢 You don’t want to know the cost for that, which our little Sanctuary doesn’t have. Please pray that the sub q works and we can keep him out of the hospital and save his life. 🙏
