In honor of Día de los Mu***os, we remember and celebrate the cherished memories of our angel fur babies. May their spirits live on in our hearts forever. Our veterinary team has created a special ofrenda (offering altar) to honor their lives and the love they brought into our world. Today, we come together to cherish their memory and keep them close in spirit. Thank you for those who shared these beautiful photos with us ***os

Join us at Oak Valley Animal Hospital for a heartwarming tribute to our beloved animal companions with our Pet Ofrenda. This special celebration of Día de los Mu***os (Day of the Dead) invites you to honor the memory of your pets through this vibrant tradition.

Our Pet Ofrenda, meaning "offering" in Spanish, is an altar beautifully decorated with photos, flowers, and meaningful items to remember pets who have passed. In Hispanic, Latino, and Latinx cultures, this tradition celebrates the lives of loved ones with joy, and we’re extending it to include our cherished pets.

According to tradition, the spirits of pets, such as dogs ("lomitos") and cats ("michis"), return to visit their homes on the night of October 27. Let’s celebrate their memory together! 🎉🌸🐾 ***os
