We are so excited for 2025! Here are the dates...don’t forget to put them in your calendars. We are planning for May 10, June 14, July 12 and August 9 to be evening Shows. Can’t wait to see everybody next year.

We are excited to announce our 2024 Year-End awards dinner. We will have a full taco dinner. We had a crazy schedule this year with so many show cancellations, but we are able to make an exception and give buckles to everyone who participated in at least 3 of our shows. This will be a stretch for our budget, so we are asking that our wonderful members bring something to donate to the raffle, and cash for a 50/50 drawing. With your help, we can celebrate our rider's accomplishments, and get 2025 off to a good start! Please fill out the RSVP by Thursday, November 14th.

CVHA will have our board meeting on Monday, October 28th at 6pm. We will be at Chili's restaurant in Beaumont. Please come and help up plan for our awards and next year! Let us know you'll be coming so we can save a seat.

Tonight’s (Sept. 23rd) CVHA meeting will NOT be at the Sand Trap Grill! We are meeting at Chilis in Beaumont. We hope to see you there!

If you are willing to volunteer to be on the board or to help on a regular basis, please come to our next board meeting on Monday, September 23rd at 6pm at Chilis in Beaumont. We had to change the location due to the fire camp. Hope to see you there 😊

Our last show of the season is here on Saturday, August 31st. The extra event is Speed Barrels. You need to register by 9pm on Friday night because it is VERY time consuming to add riders the morning of the show. (We apologize that the rain date had to be Labor Day weekend.... Melody)

We had a wonderful show on Saturday! I wanted to let our riders know to look for their ratings after Wednesday. Our wonderful volunteer rating secretary has some other things to do this week and will be working on them tomorrow. If you didn't already know, you can check for your ratings on this page

Good afternoon CVHA family! As I’m sure you all have heard, Melody and Susan announced this will be their last year of gymkhana. We are extremely sad to see them go but completely understand!

They are asking for fellow members to step up to become board members to hopefully fulfill Melody and Susan’s shoes. The ladies will take those willing to step up under theirs wings to learn all the operations of CVHA. As well as, willing to help answer questions in 2025.
