Cross country schooling up at Tulip Springs with Three Beats Farm. Taylor has stolen my horse for the season. Excited for the first trial at Spokane.
Poppy the wonder pony schooling with Taylor for the IEA show this weekend. She is such a special pony. We love having her in the barn.
Todays adventure. Stormy’s first time fully hitched. He was very relaxed.
Out for a stroll before the rain hit today with the minis Serenity and Locket.
Available for adoption from Sound Equine Options
Watercolors is a 15.3 hand 2010 saddlebred mare. She loves to trail ride and will lead or follow on a loose rein. She can walk out or mosey along if with a slower horse. Crosses water, mud, and logs no problem. She has arena basics of walk trot and canter along with pivots and side pass. She is brave and will carry a flag, drag a sled, go over tarps. She is a curious horse and wants to check out new things. She can sit without working and come back to work without issue. Super sweet and loves to come snuggle when you go out to see her.
She does have a few quirks. She is happiest living in a loafing shed or stall with a run. She will stall but tends to stall walk. She paws when tied and trailering. Most of this is the fact she just needs more time. She has been in training for about 4 months.
Contact me to view her. Let’s find this girl a home.
Here is the link for the full video. Facebook wouldn’t let me do the whole thing.

Clover is now walk trot and a very first canter ride now. She is coming along so nicely. She wants to please and is a thinker. With time she will end up a fun kids I think.
Come see Watercolors tomorrow at the Lucky 7 challenge. This was her first time at a new arena and she acted like a seasoned pro. Applications will be available tomorrow while she competes.
Watercolors is really coming along at canter. She’s also got awesome brakes!
Miss Watercolors is very brave. New obstacles are no problem. She literally was trying to help Tay get the pole under the bridge to set up the teeter. She has a very inquisitive personality. Remember she’s up for adoption at the Lucky 7 challenge September 24 at Mt Hood Center.
Recently started under saddle. This one is a cutie. Her owner is getting out of horses. 3 year old by Good N Lazy 15.2 hands.
Huge progress for Hazel today. We left the small barn area walked across an unconfined area over the arena and hung out with us for a while. She also got her back feet trimmed a little finally. Her sweet personality is starting to really show through too.
Hazels first stroll in an open area. She came into us feral. We are now leading and I trimmed her front feet. Hoping to get the backs done this week, but I am not rushing her. Building her trust in all we do with her is key. Slow and steady wins the race.
Welcome Watercolors the Saddlebred! I thinks she’s going to have a lovely mind to work with. She is part of the Lucky 7 challenge with Sound Equine Options.
Enjoy the snow day everyone. Can’t believe it’s April and we have big snowflakes falling.
Jinx is about ready to go home now. Driving outside for the first time and he was a rock star.
When you don’t have a riding horse free to jump you put the mini through the grid🤣🤣
Don’t judge my driving skills while videoing 🤣, but trainee Jinx is doing fabulous in the training shafts. We will hook onto the cart this weekend.
First time through grid work today. Last fence was 2’3”. She tries her heart out. Poppy the wonder pony!
