Shoutout to Reinsman Equestrian! David bought me some very nice saddle bags recently. Finally got to use them at the lake last weekend, and first ride out they ripped at the seam. You could tell it just missed some stitching and needed to be reenforced. I emailed Reinsman and they didn't even hesitate to replace!! I thought they would just replace one side seeing that they velcro and are removable, Nope! Came home today to a brand NEW set and they told me to keep the ripped ones. I even told the rep that they were the ones with the pockets on the inside, etc and she said that was good because she had already sent in an order for the deluxe. We will more likely choose reinsman for their products solely based on their customer service! First three pictures are the ones that ripped, last ones are the new ones.
