Armor Animal Health was originally founded in the fall of 1982 by veterinarian Dr. Jim Metz and his wife Ruth in a small 400-sq ft storefront on South Spring St. in Beaver Dam, Wis. Today the privately-held company offers thousands of health and veterinary products and has a team of on-staff veterinarians who provide services to help dairy and livestock businesses succeed.
