r. All new clay floors, fence around barn front water trough, electrical lights and individual switches for each stall water heater. We have 25 acres with a very large, flat back field to ride, exercise or jump your horses. Tack, grain and hay loft space included. 60 foot round pen with an additional locked tack building for equipment. More amenities being planned with new boarders. We promote and encourage a family atmosphere between boarders. We provide water, mineral blocks, stall cleaning equipment and electricity. Main water trough heated during winter months. Owners provide all care for horses. Negative Coggins Test required within last year. Currently asking $145 a month per stall. Rent due beginning of month. Owners live on property. If you want a drama free environment, where everyone hangs out, gets along and helps each other, we are your place. We are also a dog friendly barn. It's finally here. Our website is up and running. Please go to www.sycamorecreekstables.com and take a tour of our pages. We'd love to hear back from you. We have two stalls available for rent.

Opened in 1971, we are a self-care facility on 25 acres. Easy access in Beavercreek, near Interstate 675, Colonel Glenn Highway and Wright Patterson Air Force Base.

I have stalls available for rent. Very close to Wright Patt AFB. $145 a month, self service barn located on 25 acres.

We are a small, close knit, family-oriented barn. Rent includes, stall with mats, grain bin, slow feed barrel, barn owner provided salt blocks in each stall, tack hanger on stall front, and individual electrical switches for each stall. Fans located in barn and hay loft for summer months. We provide heated water buckets and heated trough. Each horse has hay storage above stall with drop-down shoot into feed barrel; storage for bedding and water are also located inside barn. All renters are provided individual tack room in barn and use of locked tack building. Our facility provides all stall cleaning equipment needed, and use of 60 foot round pen. A lot more amenities not listed. Horse trailer parking available.

Check us out and see if you like a smaller atmosphere, friendly boarders and your horse gets treated with love by all.
