We promote and encourage a family atmosphere between boarders. We provide water, mineral blocks, stall cleaning equipment and electricity. Main water trough heated during winter months. Owners provide all care for horses. Negative Coggins Test required within last year. Currently asking $145 a month per stall. Rent due beginning of month. Owners live on property.
