Had an awesome day at the Rappahannock River Retriever Club junior hunt test. Amari picked up another pass and is so far 3/3, just one more for her title! And Draco got his first pass! This was his first test and we’ve only been training for about 3 weeks! I am so, so proud of both of them!

Had a great day training with Cedar Hill Farm Labradors! I took the puppies today along with Amari and Draco. I apparently didn’t get any pictures of Draco today though 🤦🏻‍♀️ all the pups had a blast and are worn out!

Finally got our pictures from last weekend. We had a fun and successful 4 shows Friday and Saturday showing at the Hampton Roads Kennel Club UKC shows. Thanks to all the judges and everyone that helped us out!

Draco(Josie x Wonka)- 2 wins and a reserve in the champion class, Best of Breed x 2, group 2nd placement out of a huge gun dog group Saturday. He only needs one more leg for his GCH!

Penny- Best Female x 2 and Best of Winners 2nd show Saturday. She needs one more win for her CH!

Sage(Amari x Duncan)- 2 best of breed puppy

Skye(Mom to Amari, Avery, and Strier)- she went for the veteran class just for fun. She was the only Labrador veteran, so she of course got best of breed all 4 shows

Gauge(Josie x Louis V)- He didn’t get anything this time with big brother and a couple of other very nice dogs winning in the CH class. He’s still getting ring experience and I can’t wait to see how he does when he’s fully mature!

Had a great time today working on some hunt test training with friends. All of our dogs did well and they’ll definitely sleep good tonight! Amari and Draco are headed towards a hunt test in a few weeks🦆

We also went to a UKC conformation show Friday and Saturday. The dogs did fantastic and I’ll post a full recap when the pictures come in!

We had a fun weekend at the Richmond Dog Obedience Club FastCAT. Penny and Draco both earned their BCAT title Saturday and Strier had her first experience and got 4 qualifying runs towards her title! Draco had a personal best time of 9.60 seconds and Strier caught on so well she cut her times in half by Sunday! Sage (Amari x Duncan) tagged along to experience all the sights, sounds, and smells. We of course had to take a picture of her as well. She’s 5-1/2 months and growing so fast!

Ember had a big weekend! She completed the final two JH passes she needed with Tidewater Retriever club to finish her JH title! 🏆 Both tests had some good challenges for the junior dogs and she handled it extremely well. Especially so soon after coming back from a break for puppies! I am beyond proud of her for everything she has accomplished❤️ We had to pull Amari out of the entries due to coming in season, but she will be next up headed for the hunt tests 🦆

A little late posting, but the pups had a great time at a local FastCAT at the end of August. Zelda finished her BCAT title and Penny, Draco, Dove, and Paisley worked on theirs. Penny and Draco are only 1-2 runs from their title already! Amari went for fun because she loves it so much.

Cedar Hill Farm Labradors has some stunning yellow girls ready to go home soon! They are full English and the parents are fully health tested-OFA hips, elbows, eyes, advanced cardiac, and DNA testing!

Meet Rouge! She is our keeper from the Xena x Doc litter. She loves water(clearly😂) and is just so cute and spunky! She is almost 14 weeks and I am so excited to watch her mature.
