Over a year ago I received an email from a couple looking for daycare for their newly adopted dog, Ruthie. Ruthie, came all the way from Texas to be with her new family but she brought along her anxiety and fears from past experiences. The first time I saw her she had her tail tucked and it took her parents almost 30min+ just to coax her out of the car and to the front door. Now her parents have to keep her from jumping out of the car when she arrives!.. Last week her parents came to me with tears in their eyes announcing they will be moving out of state. They thanked me for always being there for Ruthie every week but in reality, Ruthie was always there for me! I will miss her! 💜🐾
