Gino’s first week consists of a lot of luring being interactive and introducing the idea of pressure. Next week when he understands verbal commands he’ll transition to the prong. Most important thing to do with puppies is always reward them when they come when called. It will help so much in having a consistent recall in the future.

Mango update:
He’s made so much improvement. In the past few days his nervousness has gone away and and his true personality is starting to show. In his last week we will be using his new found confidence to socialize him in public environments
B&T update:(more videos on my Instagram post, can’t post more than one video on here)-reason 2000 Facebook sucks
Cheyanne- she was abused and fearful, so to her all pressure is bad pressure, and she doesn’t take food. First week for all sessions she had her tail in-between her legs. I’ve been releasing her immediately after she does a command and she’s slowly learning that discipline and structure pressure is not abusive pressure because I don’t give her time to think about it. She is slowly progressing. It will take time but she’s got it.
Lucky-she peed on my leg today. She is turning into a super pup and goes home Tuesday.
Lucky had trouble focusing when she first got here. I found the things she likes to do(bark for no reason, playing with my dogs) so I taught her to bark on command and incorporated that into her training sessions, along with only letting her play after the sessions. She’s now luring, learning pressure and doing great.
Waffles is progressing well in his first week. He’s learning to use his energy for obedience(which he loves!) and is understanding impulse control now.
This is Darcy. The first day she came home she ran away and was found 2 days later. She would not leave her bed and they had to carry her outside every time. This is her 3rd session and after a few exercises and introducing her to Piypa she is a much happier dog and her demeanor completely changed. There is still a lot of work to do but she has made great improvements. Couldn’t of done it with out baby boy.
