PRICE INCREASE FOR SERVICES:

Dear clients,

It is with extreme thought and consideration that our owner has decided to increase our prices for services! This is a HUGE financial decision as we are trying to purchase our forever home for Saidee’s Place and increase our Day Camp area. This increase will allow us to continue to pay our employees equivalent to the quality of care and skill they are providing for clients in their care.

Over the past year, our team has taken on an extreme influx of clientele allowing us to hire more employees to provide services in a timely manner for our customers. However, the influx just hasn’t slowed. While that is a blessing to be such a trusted facility, we are struggling to maintain availability on our schedule for our customers in need of services. So, we are looking to expand our location.

Our price increase for our regularly booked clients who have pre-booked, and showed up to at least 6 consecutive appointments will be grandfathered in for 6 months. However, added service charges will be applied for any of the following: special needs, matted shaves, special handling of elderly or aggressive dogs, over-soiled grooms resulting in multiple baths/excessive brushing or drying, early drop-offs and late pick-ups and flea baths or special shampoos.

Our walk-in services for will be restricted to low-flow time frames. Our day camp service drop-off/pick-up time frames will also change to allow a smooth transition for other clients dropping off and picking up, as well.

There will be a no-show charge added to clients accounts who consistently no-show or cancel last minute as our appointment time slots are valuable to us.

While price increases can be scary, we are hoping this encourages our clients to stay on a consistent schedule, take advantage of booking in between maintenance appointments and help us provide better care for your family members.

Our price increase will be expanded of the course of 3 months for current clients, and will be applied immediately to all new clients!

We are helping Dallas and his family find the perfect forever home for him!

Dallas is a 4 yo first gen Golden Doodle.
He is full of love and energy, but will require a home where he can run and play to get that energy out!
Dallas is dog friendly and kid crazy 😍
We have grown to be a safe place for Dallas for his grooming needs, and his current family would like him to stay in routine with his current groomer!
