FAQ: What’s the best starting age for riding?

Our Answer- that depends completely upon your child’s interests & current balance. We recommend booking a FARM TOUR 1st that we can do an evaluation and you can meet all of the animals! Farm tours are perfect for all ages.

We allow farm tours as a service to get comfortable with the barn. During a farm tour- we visit all of the animals at the lesson barn. Going over: how to safely interact with each animal. A personalized meet and greet offering behind the scenes feeding, grooming, prepping horses, going over our program and what we have to offer… +.

We allow ages 2+ to take private lessons at the farm.
We encourage our young riders to be comfortable seeing, hearing, and participating with the horses before entering a full horseback lesson.

S O L D - Let me introduce to you- Santa’s Elves…. I mean GOATS! If you’ve ever wanted to own some of the most friendliest Nigerian Dwarfs, now is your time.
2 females & 1 male must go together. $200 for all 3

❄️F- Snowflake (all white) she was bred to a black and white buck over the summer and should be due to deliver 2 babies in mid/late January. ❄️

🩷F- Willow (grey/white) possibly bred - haven’t done an ultrasound.🩷

🐐M- Ted (beige male)🐐

These sweet little goaties are ready for their next adventure! They are amazing pets and even better for petting zoos! They are used to both & They’ve been around all animals.

They are easy keepers- just need fresh hay and small amount of goat feed.

(I know it looks like only girls attend- but that’s not always the case! Usually our boys jump full throttle towards the activities, obstacle courses, and anything that can help them “show off”! )😉😅

Hiking, crafts, Horsemanship activities, Daily lessons, Bareback/Western riding style, we will play games on horseback, ride in the arena with obstacles, along with a trail ride throughout camp. WINTER CAMP is voted as 1 of the best camps Little Creek Equine has to offer. 🥰

Camp is open for ages 5+ - sibling discount offered
No experience needed. We will patiently teach and support all levels of participant’s throughout the camp!

- I’m so thankful for healthy animals that show their love and compassion with others.

But most importantly- we are thankful for the opportunity to be here & spend time with others during this season.

We wrapped up Autumn with our last fall festival at Greenview Church of God today! This season has been very good to us. The animals loved being able to interact with probably 10,000 new friends throughout all of the events we did. Now, we are getting ready for the collllldddd…❄️☃️🐾🦋🎄

We have several events coming up soon with parades, festivals, trail rides & more throughout the winter. Message us if you’d like to participate or volunteer.
