We had some great sunset evening rides this week! Im sooo happy to be able to witness each client connect, bond, and grow within their lessons!! Got some barrel work in with some lesson students on Isadora; and Did some desensitizing work with the ponies! 😍❤️

Even with it still being 50 million degrees out- we make the most of every ride! The horses are sweating, we are sweating, the flies are bothering the horses, the flies are bothering us, we are hoping, wishing, and praying for a crisp autumn ride, you know the one that makes you feel alive inside😍🍁🧡… but being able to feel the warm wind against our face on a fun ride will do for now! 🥰🥰😍😍

What an amazing SUNSET RIDE we ventured off to in Cumberland at Burnt oak farm last night with some of our teens! Dora was the most confident she’s ever been- she’s been off for a few weeks enjoying summer so getting back out there tonight was her fuel and Nick said “she kept my adrenaline fueling ALL NIGHT” (He might not beg to ride her again- or he will never give me my horse back… we will have to see!😆❤️)
Sweet Pea and Harley were complete ANGELS as ALWAYS!

Help us welcome “Beauty” into our rescue program here at Little Creek Equine !! Beauty is an aged mare with a troubled past but we are the start of a new chapter for this girl. 💗💗

-If you would like to help her transition into the farm- we could definitely use some help towards offsetting costs. After a visit from the farrier- shes much more comfortable on her feet but shes still in need of some maintenance after going a LONG time without.

Her current needs are: A vet visit ($200), An Equine Float (for Teeth) ($180), High protein grain (Proforce Senior)- High quality pelletized Forage ($58- 2 week supply), a joint supplement ($155) for 3 month supply) to help with her hind end, and some topical ointments to help with her sunburns. ||Tractor supply gift cards, online donations, and cash are extremely appreciated and will make a huge impact for Beauty.🫶🏼||

Thank you guys for making this possible. Without the support of our friends, family, and clients we wouldn’t be able to offer the space, time, and dedication that these 4 legged animals deserve. ❤️ l
