✨🐰🌻🐴 LAST WEEK OF SUMMER CAMP!! ✨🐰🌻🐴

🕸️Our registration for the last week of FARM CAMP (July 14-18th) is almost full with only 6 spots left! 🕸️

🦩🎉Camp spots are limited to ensure every participant has the opportunity for private lessons, trail rides, and proper introductory to all the animals on the farm and all of our activities planned. 🎉🦩

Little Creek Equine, LLC- is staffed with volunteers and Instructors who have proper training around all animals, knowledgeable with the states guidelines, years of experience with kids, first aid, and CPR.

🐾Camp is MONDAY - FRIDAY🐾
🍀July 14-18

drop off at 9AM and pickup at 3PM (early/late hours offered!) everything is included besides lunch. $280 per camper! Every camper receives a daily horseback lesson/hippology and anatomy class, along with group activities such as: hiking, creek play, crafts, leadership activities, small animal activities, raising baby chicks- baby calfs, visiting the bunnies, goats, learning with the Farrier and Vet/Chiro (select days), large swimming pool and slipping slide to cool off after a hot day, & lots of outdoor adventure! It’s the perfect camp for your wild/happy/outdoor/hiking/ animal loving kids and teens!!!! ✔️✔️✨👀🐴🐴🐓🐰🐐🐮

(You know your kids are probably going to say “Im bored” 100x throughout the day during break… so plan ahead and get them enrolled in an awesome Camp that will keep them busy and engaged!)

•Ages 5-14 allowed!
4 years old if potty trained and relatively independent!

🦋Our camp will entail stronger horsemanship concepts, independent riding, nature studies, basic chiropractor and massage therapy studies along with activities that are designed for ages 5-14!🦋

Clients are welcomed from any county/city and do not need any experience. 😊

Little Creek Equine is a -private- therapeutic farm located right off of 122 in Bedford!

What else do we offer!?

🌻We offer 1-1 private Horsemanship Lessons geared towards each individual’s interests, skills, and goals.
Trail Riding, Arena Games and Courses, Speed Events such as barrel racing, timed trails, fun shows and more!

🐥We have options for ages 3 and up on our lesson program but farm tours are available for the entire family regardless of age.

💛The animals may not say goodbye, but the farm sure felt the love this week.💛Camp may be over for the week, but the memories will grow like wildflowers.🌸💖

We made the MOST of our last day at farm camp!! From tacking up in small groups and riding around barrels and poles, to picking juicy blackberries, cuddling the silly barn cats, soaking up the friendly chicken & baby bunny snuggles.🥰 We even planted wildflowers in our own mini greenhouses (remind your campers to water them often!). 💧🪴🌻

We took one last hike to find the perfect rock to paint and then joined one another at the craft table displaying simple rocks, small rocks, to large rose quart rocks! Each camper let their imagination lead them to the perfect theme per rock they painted.🎉🩵

The day ended with laughs, memories, and a sweet ice cream party to celebrate an amazing week on the farm! ❣️🐾🐈🫏🐄🦋🐴🐥🪱🐞🐢🕸️🐸🦊🐰

I can not express how proud I am of each and every camper (and ALL of my lifesaving help and amazing volunteers) that attended this week! Per my luck- we would host camp on the HOTTEST week of summer- 🙈 but these kiddos were truly unstoppable through the summer heat, endless activities, and new challenges! 🦩🥰💖

Everyone showed up with grit, heart, and so much joy. They rode with confidence, cared deeply for every animal, and helped make this farm feel like home to so many. We had campers truly come out of their shell and try so many new ways and for that; you should be proud! ☺️🎉 Thank you for giving it your all—I’m so lucky to have shared this week with everyoneee! Thank you to the parents that navigated time throughout their week & each day for drop off & pickup!

We had campers come all the way from Richmond, North Carolina, Wilmington, Lynchburg, Forest, Roanoke, Salem, and Huddleston/Bedford for FARM CAMP!🥰

This is such a huge reason as to why I continue to invest my time and energy into the farm, each animal, and each client that walks through that front gate.

⭐️🐎Today was packed with unforgettable moments and hands-on learning from start to finish! Campers began the day listening and learning from the farrier. By getting an up-close look at the importance of hoof care for our hardworking horses.🐎⭐️

Then we saddled up for an exciting twist — ba****ck trail riding, where they explored the woods with balance and confidence. Many of our camp kids have never ridden a horse before and definitely not ba****ck- but today everyone was confident and excited for the new opportunity! We focused on correct body posture while hitting hills and moving around obstacles.

During our farm hike, we searched for parts of the ecosystem and were thrilled to discover a relatively large snapping turtle in the creek, a curious box turtle sitting in the shade, and fluttering butterflies and dragonflies along the way! This opened up an impressive imagination for the kids while they climbed trees, marched like Vikings, and even jumped logs like horses — their energy was at a peak (and I was jealous!)🤣 (Maybe If I drink more coffee in the morning then I’ll be able to hang with the youngins!)

After this, we all sat down in the barn for lunch and a deliciously sweet watermelon! Followed by the sweetest cool-down: popsicles and extra splash time with our water activities!

Whew—what a hot day, but what an incredible one, too! Our first day of horse camp was packed with fun, learning, and nonstop adventure, and we couldn’t be more proud of the amazing group of campers we have this week! ❤️❤️❤️

(I want to give a huge THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart to our incredible helpers who have made this day possible and are here to make this week nothing short of exciting. Lexi, Stevi, Payten, and all of the supportive campers who stepped up—your hard work and positive energy did not go unnoticed, especially in today’s heat. You were truly the heartbeat behind the scenes, and l am SOOO grateful. 🥰😍⭐️)

We kicked things off with a hike through the wooded pastures, cuddled baby cows, got creative with coloring, dove into horsemanship lessons, and hippology in our small groups. Then the horses got pampered with baths and spoiled with sweet treats! Afterwards, we refueled our bodies with lunch and launched into water games, sliding, laughing, and spinning through the slipping slide and whirlpool!

Here’s to more unforgettable days ahead—this week is off to a fantastic start! 🐴☀️💦

HOWDY! 🤠 —Our 1st session of summer camp is ONLYYYYY a few days away. (June 23-27th) and we have a PACKED WEEK of fun and new faces to introduce around the farm!! 🥰🏕️❤️

{If you are enrolled into the 1st session of camp- please make sure to follow along with this post until the end.}

•If you missed our deadline for the 1st session, don’t worry! We still have 6 spots open for the week in JULY. (July 14-18th) SIGN UP NOW- before it’s too late.

✨Important details: ✨

🐴Camp registration details:🐴

• Camp is Monday through Friday
• Drop off is between 9AM-9:15AM
• Pickup is at 3PM. Parents will receive a 15 minute grace period (3:15) but after that a $10 fee will apply for late pickups.
• Please make sure your camper has been (Confirmed & you have submitted our Waiver) There are no refunds if you back out. Once you have created a registration form, submitted payment, and have reserved a camp spot it is Final.

• We have a lot of activities planned for each week- please make sure your child is well rested and has the proper belongings for each day.
(Shorts and tank tops are allowed; However long pants while hiking and riding are strongly encouraged!)
*Close toed shoes at ALL times unless we are doing creek time and water play. (Sandals are fine in that case.) * A packed lunch, hydration, sun care, & bug spray- each day.
