Thank you for all the prayers and support! Rene’ is home today and doing better. We are had a scare with the “C” word but it wasn’t that praise the Lord! She will be back to work soon!

Well, now Rene’ is in the hospital. Her Ulcerative Colitis has flared back up with a vengeance. So we are closed today and possibly tomorrow. But are scaling back on the amount of dogs when we are working. I know this causes an inconvenience for some people and understand that we have closed down each of the last 3 months for one reason or another. We are down on help right now but are looking for people. We appreciate those who stick it out with us and we are doing the best we can. Please pray for a speedy recovery for Rene’.

Rick came home from the hospital today. He is doing much better. They finally got his blood pressure down to normal. We appreciate all the kind words and prayers. We will let him take a few days at home to rest before he gets back to work. We appreciate you all. Thank you for hanging in there with us.

I would like to update our clients on our current situation. Last Wednesday December 26th Rick started feeling really bad. I ended up having to call an ambulance and take him to the hospital. His blood pressure was really high. They sent him home to rest. We ended up taking the rest of the week off. We returned to work this past Tuesday. He never really got to feeling better. I ended up taking him back to the ER at Harris Hospital in Downtown Fort Worth Tuesday when we finished up at work. They found that he did have a small stroke. He was admitted into the hospital and is currently still there. There is only minor damage. I thank God everyday for that as the doctors are very surprised that the damage is so small. He is feeling much better and is in great spirits. I apologize to all of the clients that we haven’t gotten back to that we had to cancel last week. We are having to take each day as it comes. We are looking at him being released tomorrow. We will be taking the rest of this week off. We do plan on being back to work next week. We are asking anyone that was scheduled last week or this week that are on a standing appointment to please try and wait until your next appointment. If you absolutely can’t wait please call the shop at 682-503-6248 and we will do our best to try and work you in somewhere. All prayers are encouraged and greatly appreciated. We want to reassure you all Rick will be there to groom all of your fur babies 🐶🐾. We love and appreciate each and everyone of you. Thank you for always standing by our side. We always tell everyone we have the absolutely BEST clients anyone could ever have. And that statement is the truth! Thank you for understanding our situation at the moment.
