UPDATE: Everything went great! Had to have a few teeth pulled. But other than that I will be able to go get him after 4pm!! Thanks for all the extra love!

If everyone could say a prayer for my sweet boy Jackson. He is being put under today for a teeth cleaning and having an abscess and a few other teeth pulled. This is very routine and his blood work came back very good but he is 16 years old. Thank you ❤️

It’s that time of the year again!! Please donate money for my kiddos and help them raise money for their PTA! Also they get to cool prizes when they get a certain amount of donations! Please pay attention when you donate! You can do a flat rate or by lap and my kids usually do a lot of laps, so choose wisely.

Today is my first borns birthday 🥳 it’s his sweet 16! I do not know who I’d be without this boy in my life. He is one of the greatest gifts god has presented me with and he has stayed by my side for 16 years. I love him so much and I am so excited to celebrate him today 😊 I’m sure he will be napping most of the day but hey it’s his birthday!

Apparently it’s Rescue Dog Day!! Jackson on the left has been by my side since I was 18! He turns 16 this July ❤️ we adopted Toby about 6 years ago we think he is 14 or 15 and we just love our old men so much!

So I think a lot of y’all will be excited to hear that after almost a year of using this grooming software I have officially decided to go back to using square. I do know that this might be a pain for some but I think we can all say that this software wasn’t too user friendly and I have had a lot of issues on my end too with my credit card machine etc. So everything should be the same for those of you have used square. I will let y’all know when I officially launch it! Once again thank you for all y’all do!

I have some other ideas to come in the future that I have seen other groomer friends doing that I think y’all will enjoy! I promise I will start posting more photos!!

Hello everyone!

I hope everyone is doing well. I know I don’t post on here as much as I’d like to but I did want to share some information with you all about some upcoming changes to my business.

*Starting next month October 1st, you willl be required to put in a credit card number when making an appt. online. I have been receiving a lot of no call, no shows. When you don’t show up that is money from my income that is not made. I do understand that things happen; Illnesses, family emergency’s etc. The only time your credit would be charged is if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or call me within 24 hours with any changes. I do try to call or text if I notice that you are late but my system should also be sending out 48hour reminders via text or email. If that is not happening please let me know.

*Customers that do not come on a monthly schedule might have noticed that when you try to make an appt. it is showing nothing for the next few months. That is because I am booked out until Jan already. I have tried to tell everyone to please make your appointments in advance as far out as possible because I am booking up fast and I want to make everyone happy.

*Holidays are just around the corner and I may not have time for grooming but please keep in mind you can call or text me to make an appointment for a bath and brush out. This you will have reach out to me personally to make these requests.

*I am still not taking on any new customers at this time so please do not refer anyone and if an appointment is made and I do not recognize the name you will be declined.

*I do have a cancellation list and I am trying to fill any spots that come available. If your are on that list please be patient I am doing the best I can.

*I know being booked up is super inconvenient to some of you and I do apologize but I have no intentions of expanding my business or renting out a space to groom at this point.

*Grooming prices will increase at the beginning of 2022. As it approaches I will be giving out more information.
