Two Shorthorn steers, or choice of Shorthorn or Shereford available 1/2 or whole preferred, will consider 1/4s. Helping a family member out. $5.25/lb on hanging weight with an appointment to Oconee Chop Shop, LLC custom cut to your exact specifications and USDA inspected. Pick up will be roughly November 13-16th. Will make great Christmas gifts. Home raised, hand fed a quality grain and hay diet, antibiotic and hormone free, and vaccinated to keep them healthy. 🙂

Registered but never sent off for his DNA/Genetic testing. BSE tested and ready to roll. Was turned loose with a couple cows to get one bred. Halter broke puppy dog gentle, walk out and scratch him in the pasture and throw a halter on him gentle… even after being put on cows!! Perfect bull to not have to worry about Grandpa out tending to the herd!!! I think he would make a fantastic bull for a commercial operation for feeders or replacements, but would also work well on a registered herd! Above average on the indexes and carcass traits. Older pictures from March, pedigree and EPD’s also included.

Excellent heifer bull!! Virgin bull, DNA/Genetic/BSE tested, ready for his own herd. Cleaned up pictured are from March, pictures in the lot are from today! Halter broke and extremely docile, see video in comments. PM for more information! Weighed about 1,200lbs 2 weeks ago, have not been pushing him on grain.

We are cutting back some more…Bred mare, broke to drive. Aged mare, not exposed this year, was broke at some point but has been broodmare. Both are registered! PM for more information and any questions!

After a couple days of heat a small shower came through and the good lord gave us a nice cool down this evening and painted a breathtaking view. It was perfect for pasture checks, this is one of our favorites, week old bull calf out of a LCC FBF TIME TRAVELER 480 dam and sired by a BOYD POWER SURGE 9024 bull. His future looks bright and we are excited to watch him grow.

On Friday, 35G gave us a whopper of a heifer weighing 105lbs!

We have several young show prospects or replacements available!

First one 45: fall heifer, fantastic build, puppy dog gentle, could be a very nice show prospect for a young showman with a little more work, hasn’t been worked with a ton but has been the easiest so far.

301 & 304: 13 month old bulls, could be shown or turned out with cows. Both broke to lead and gentle! 301 has fantastic EPD for CE and BW, also great maternal! 304 is higher on carcass data.

Also a yearling heifer 302, could be a show prospect with more work, consistency and determination… or turn her out to be a replacement. She is broke to lead, tie, bathe and clip but still can be a handful at times.

All are registered papers in hand. Have been vaccinated and dewormed. Will make deals on multiples or all as a group.
