When we acquired Burlane nearly two years ago, we quickly discovered that the business did not mandate rabies vaccinations. To prioritize the safety of our staff and your pets, we swiftly implemented this requirement. Although this decision faced considerable criticism, recent reports of multiple rabies cases in Harford County have made it more essential than ever for all pets to be up to date on their vaccinations. We make every effort to inform our clients when their pets' rabies vaccinations are due during appointment scheduling. However, this may not always be possible, particularly for after-hours appointments. Please remember that it is ultimately your responsibility to keep your pets' vaccinations current. Our goal is not to inconvenience you, our cherished clients, but to ensure the health and safety of both our team and your beloved animals.
