We do not use heated dryers on any pets, we will always give them breaks they need, and we will take the time to really bond with every pet in our care. Every grooming includes: A bath using high quality shampoo, a conditioning treatment, a blueberry facial, nails clipped, a*

*l glands expressed, ears cleaned, deshedding and/or the hair cut of your choice, and bows and/or a bandanna. We also offer extras such as: Nail dremeling, ear and tail dying, fizz foot soak, a mud massage (madre mor mud), toothbrushing, and flea bathing.

UPDATE: We have contacted our insurance company to get things moving, they sent out an inspector last night to determine what the issue is. He found a few things (that we know so far) that made it unsafe to even attempt to turn on the unit. We are just asking you to please be patient. This is a devastating situation to both a small business and its team. We are working diligently to get everyone rescheduled for cooler days. As of this morning our unit will be getting replaced, so we are close to this nightmare being over. I want to sincerely apologize to everyone we have had to reschedule and cancel. Unfortunately, this has been completely out of our hands, but we have been working around the clock to accommodate everyone we can. From what I am being told we should have our new unit by next week. Thank you all for your continued support. 🐾❤️

Regrettably, we have been struggling with our air conditioning unit since July 6th. Despite having it repaired several times and serviced in August, it functioned adequately until September, when it required another repair. After working for a short period, it stopped entirely. In our efforts to stay operational, we purchased a portable AC unit, multiple air coolers, and industrial fans. However, as many of you know, these solutions become less effective during extreme heat. Our top priority remains the comfort and safety of both the pets in our care and our wonderful team. I sincerely appreciate your understanding and apologize to those who have had their appointments rescheduled at the last minute. At this point, we have exhausted our options to remain open and are now dependent on the HVAC professional and awaiting ordered parts. Thus, we will be temporarily closing. The estimated arrival for the parts is this week, so our closure will not be long. You can still book your pet's appointments online, but please note that we won't be scheduling any new appointments for this week until we can confirm the repair date. Thank you all for your understanding; you are truly amazing, and we feel fortunate to have such wonderful human and furry clients!

We are thrilled to announce that Canine Couture and The Yuppy Puppy are joining forces! This transition will take place very soon, and we couldn't be more excited. As some of you may know, one of our team members has recently experienced health concerns, which has made it even more important for us to work together as a united team in a single location. Our Fallston location will be closing down, but our Bel Air location at 108 N Tollgate Rd will remain open and continue to offer the same exceptional spa treatments for your furry friends. We want to assure you that all of our staff will remain the same as we are a family. We will be open seven days a week, with the possibility of extending our hours to accommodate your busy schedule. And that's not all! In 2024-2025 we are launching mobile grooming services. Our goal is to continue providing quality services to our beloved pets and their families. Please understand that this decision was not easy, as we have enjoyed being a part of the Fallston community for nearly six years. However, after careful consideration, we believe that this merge is the best decision for our team and families. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
