Dear clients,
As a small business, we are constantly striving to become more efficient and to offer the best possible services. In that regard, we will be making a change to our prescription food program. Some of the prescription food manufacturers no longer offer us to return unwanted or expired food. 
Starting this week, we will be changing the availability of in-hospital prescription food. We will no longer carry a full assortment for pick-up.
We understand this may impact many of you who rely on us for prescription food, and we have a few options to make this transition smoother. You may purchase the food through our online pharmacy at belchertownvet.com, request a written prescription to use at the pharmacy of your choice, or special order through the hospital. Please note that any special orders will be placed once weekly and must be ordered in specific quantities.
