The trail obstacles got a little love yesterday!
New pool noodles ready for action, car wash curtain repaired, shiny pinwheels added to the round-a-bout (interested to see if the horses care about them, but they make me smile either way :)), a scary new black thing to step over, and the Z back-through is set up again.

In case you've ever wondered, everybody's favorite three-legged cat is alive and well. Penn, fka Max, fka Socks, is living the cushy life at our neighbors' after he moved himself in with them a while back. He wanders over to visit from time to time 😊

Repro season is still in full swing in MT!
This week, Crackerjack the donkey and Chex the QH headed home after successful phantom work.
And Peppy was confirmed in foal to the one and only Slick By Design! Congrats to her owners!

Breeding season is rolling along with positive preg checks and heart beat checks for Special Cabaret mares today, plus new stallions for collection training.
If you're interested in something different to breed to, Comet is a Standardbred/Fresian cross and his buddy Turbo (not pictured) is a Standardbred. They came in Wednesday and both collected on their very first training session, and again on their second sessions yesterday! They will stand to the public with fresh cooled, and hopefully frozen semen available as well... that's next week's excitement 😄

It was a busy weekend, to say the least!

- I did my first AI with frozen semen, the first step in my attempt to create Buster 2.0. Lorelai and her c**t both had to watch as I did a uterine lavage last week to get her ready 😅

- On Saturday, Lexi, Avi, and I helped make a destination dream wedding come true for a wonderful couple from Hawaii who wanted a full MT experience complete with horses in their pictures!

-Last but not least, Skittles checked in foal to Raph, as did an on-site client mare. Seeing that vessicle on the ultrasound never gets old 😊
