It’s that time of year when we start gearing up again for another fun, busy show season! We have been keeping busy and owe some special shout outs to some very dedicated and hard working riders who checked off some big goals this past year.

Congratulations to Taryn Homier and her mare Surprize and Sparkle CORHA Green Horse Champions! Bringing home a buckle and many other prizes. This team has worked extremely hard and grown so much; we can’t wait to see what this season holds for them!

Another big shout out to Evan Rogers and his gelding Netflix N Chill (Dudley) on their 14-18 youth 7th place NRHA World Champion finish! Incredible progress in and out of the show pen this year for this team - it’s been very fun to coach them.

Keep an eye out for these names and more members of the Priest Performance Horse team this upcoming show season!

Priest Performance Horses is looking to hire full or part time groom/assistant position.

-Duties would include but not limited to;
Saddling/ bathing
Grooming/ doctoring
Warming up/ cooling down
Helping prep and pack for shows
Managing approximately 15-20 horses: supplements,medications,ect.

The right candidate should be self motivated, eager to learn, hard working and have a passion for horses. Pay based on experience!

All American Quarter Horse Congress in the books! Thanks to everyone for their support and couldn’t be prouder of how our riders and horses showed up! Putting up great runs all week. Ending with multiple top 10 and top 15 rides. Not to mention fun times, with great friends and memories being made. Looking forward to the next. Go team 2PH!!!

A little late posting, however our last CORHA reining show was one for the books. With everyone getting a piece of the action! We had all time high scores and personal best all weekend. With high point winners in multiple divisions and scores from 70-73 consistently all weekend. Plus the best show family/ team who as we grow always is welcome and supportive of everyone! We are looking forward to 2023 Quarter Horse Congress with a stop at the KRHA reining to get tuned up. Thank you to all of our customers, for your support and trust in our program.

That’s a wrap for the 2023 NRHA Derby! We had many great rides and made even better memories. One of those rides was on TR Cash for Guns in the Open Derby. Thank you to the Egbert family for the opportunity to show this incredible mare. We can’t wait to see what she accomplishes as the year continues!

The Buckeye Reining show did not disappoint! We had some great rides and great awards. Everyone got a piece of the pie finishing top five or better in multiple classes! Super proud of this crew as they continue to work hard, show hard, as well as grow as riders! Thank you to the Buckeye show staff putting on a great show. We can’t wait to come back next year!
